Born and raised in Palermo, Sicily, Alberto received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in management from Università Cattolica in Milan.

He started his career at Accenture and then worked at J.P. Morgan in Milan and New York, before obtaining his MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. It is also thanks to his time abroad that Alberto realized how passionate he is about Italy and decided to share his love for his homeland with others.

Addicted to the sea, on his time off, you will likely find Alberto windsurfing in his native Gulf of Mondello.

Martina is a real Brianzola, a country girl attached to her North Italian origins. After obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Art History at Milan University, she worked as event planner and tour guide, fostering her obsession for organizing experiences. She then traveled the world, eventually settling in Washington DC to work for the Smithsonian Institution as Curator Assistant. But Italy was calling her and she returned to set roots in her beloved country. After gaining extensive experience in Sales at Fedrigoni, Martina brought her skills to her first love, tourism, and joined Authenticus Italy.

When she is not designing the next dream trip, you can find Martina making fresh orecchiette for her family or blissfully dancing  to Caribbean rhythms with her friends.

Vincenzo

An authentic Milanese, Vincenzo graduated in Food Technology. With a great aptitude for community-building, at university he was already organizing events for international travelers. He obtained a European Master in Tourism Management between Denmark, Slovenia and Spain. Once back in Milan, he started his career in the travel industry, first in event management at Presence Switzerland, then in travel marketing at Europ Assistance and afterwards in business simplification at Bizaway. But it is only at Authenticus Italy that he embraced the mission to share his love for his beautiful country.

Playing tennis, surfing and immersing himself in nature, together with his love for food, are for Vincenzo the best rituals to recharge and find inspiration on his time off.

Born and raised in Sicily, Elisa considers herself a citizen of the world. After studying and working in Milan, she decided to pursue her greatest passion: traveling. From the Canary Islands to Costa Rica, she lived life-changing experiences and returned to Italy with the awareness that traveling is the most beautiful experience of all. Building on her experience as professional tourist photographer and startupper, Elisa loves helping other people feel authentic emotions while traveling in her beautiful country.

In her free time, she is a dancer, a sports enthusiast and an avid reader.

Originally from a small town in Sicily, Maria graduated in Interpreting and Translation from the IULM University of Milan. A food lover and foreign culture enthusiast, she loves to find a way of communicating with people from different places, maybe by cooking them a nice tiramisù to eat all together.

Maria has worked for Johnson Controls in technical translation, sales support, and marketing; she did translations and marketing for Milano Finanza and Class Editori and seasonally worked in the tourism sector. Traveling and discovering new places to get lost is always on her bucket list.

On the weekend, you’ll always find Maria cooking her new recipes, exploring new destinations, or writing a book that maybe one day will come to life.

Born and raised in Milan, Eleonora graduated in Tourism Sciences and Local Community.

Passionate about the travel industry from a young age, she explored the world of luxury hospitality between Dubai and Milan, working as a guest relations and concierge agent in 5-star hotels. After obtaining her Master in Management of Culture and Artistic Heritage, she served as a marketing and communication specialist at Dove Viaggi, Corriere della Sera’s travel magazine. In addition to her enthusiasm for tourism, Eleonora has also nurtured her love for events by working as an event account in the finance industry.

Eleonora enjoys visiting exhibitions and museums, exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations and she is an excellent connoisseur of wine and fine cuisine.

Carlotta

Carlotta was born in Milan where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Linguistics and International Management from Università Cattolica.

Her strong empathy and ability to interact with people directed her career towards Human Resource, becoming Account Manager at Randstad. Later, she transitioned to the education industry, working as a teacher of Italian and Chinese. Carlotta has traveled to many destinations, including China, where she also continued her linguistic studies. She says that climbing the Great Wall of China was an unforgettable thrill, but in her heart she holds the Colosseum and the many magnificent vistas that only Italy can offer. This is why offering unforgettable experiences to customers greatly motivates her.

When she wants to escape the city, Carlotta takes long bike rides in the countryside or relaxes in a SPA.

Alessia is a proud Milanese. After graduating in Cultural Heritage, she started her career in Edenred and later ventured into the customer care department of Otovo, a Norwegian startup acting as a marketplace for installers of photovoltaic systems.

Her trips to awe-inspiring destinations around the world fueled her passion for photography, letting her capture the beauty of her journeys.

During winter, Alessia passionately crafts homemade pasta frolla, delightfully transforming it into delectable fruit-filled tarts. She also feeds her curiosity and expands her skillset exploring tech tricks through video tutorials.
